30 Day Film Challenge: Day 9-Film with Your Favorite Actor

I love George Clooney. I fell in love with him a long time ago and even though he is an entire person who can drink older than me, he’s still on my list.

Not only is George (we’re on a first name basis) sexy but he is also cool. You know, he can rob a bank or casino or whatever and he does it with such finesse even when things don’t go according to plan. I love the Ocean’s movies too by the way but that’s not what we’re here to talk about.

For this challenge, I chose a movie that not many people (that I know) have seen. Sure, it doesn’t have the best language but whatever, I can get over that.

This movie is called Out of Sight.  It stars George along Jennifer Lopez.  It was directed by Steven Soderbergh (who I love as a director) and is based off a novel by Elmore Leonard.  I started to read the book but I’ve never gotten through  it.  I’m not a big reader of Fiction though to be honest.  I love to read just not fiction.  I wonder if it’s a commitment thing….

ANYWAY, George plays a bank robber and Jennifer Lopez plays the US marshal trying to  catch him.  There are some way hot moments.  My favorites are the scene in the trunk….

and the scene in the hotel where they see each other for a split-second and he waves….I love it…..

I don’t want to give anything away but you should totally check this out…..especially if you are a crime-thriller person, a Clooney fan, or just want to try something new.  I think I may rewatch it later.

Thanks for reading!

  1. Paul Newman is my favorite actor. It did not matter what the movie or plot, he had you captivated by his acting in them all. I cannot pick a favorite movie of his right now, mind is blank LOL.
